NAH Sessions
A Nurturing, Awakening and Healing Ritual & Bodywork Session
NAH stands for Nurturing, Awakening, and Healing. Imagine yourself graciously welcomed into a space of total acceptance, unconditional love, reverence and devotion. Candles burn at the altar and incense perfumes the air. You feel the clarity and sacredness of the space as you seat yourself on a pillow across from the High Priestess and unburden your soul.
She listens compassionately to your every word, asking questions as needed, until you feel complete. She takes your hands and invites you to close your eyes as she guides you into deep connection with the earth and invokes the sacred energies that will support your session. As you drop deeply into your body and your heart, you feel held and cradled in the womb of the Great Mother.
Her loving, healing hands channel divine energies into your body as they bless each chakra with care and tenderness. Perhaps you are anointed with essential oils, or taken on a guided journey into yourself. Using your breath to access your deepest feelings, you are encouraged to give those feelings a sound, from the primal voice that has been so under-expressed by all of us.
Within this loving, unconditional space, you choose how quickly or slowly you will proceed through your healing process. The High Priestess will be closely attuned to every nuance of your being, always in readiness to support you in going as deeply as you are able. Her eyes will not ever leave yours, whether yours are open or closed. She is there for you 100%, coaching you to breathe and feel, to access and express.
Being held in this way may, at times, feel like being held in the arms of the Goddess Herself. Indeed, the High Priestess is Her representative, Her divine energies made manifest on the planet in service to all who genuinely seek to heal themselves.
As your session comes to a close and you return consciously to the room, you may notice a lightness of being, a spaciousness inside yourself, a deep relief and sense of release. Breathing into your belly, you feel an intention rising within you that requires joyful expression; a reclaiming of your true self. You may now go forth into the world a new being.

upon request, as I want this work to be available to all who desire it.
This time frame includes a discussion and education
segment, where any of your questions or concerns will be addressed.
