Cancellation policy: Early registration discounts are generally available on weekend workshops when paid in full at least 14 days before the start of the workshop. All workshops require a non-refundable $50 deposit or payment in full to register. Cancellations within 5 days of the start of the workshop will forfeit 50% of the workshop tuition.
Participation policy: I agree to participate fully in the workshop and attend all sessions on time. I agree to let the facilitators know if I am having any problems or issues that I feel overwhelmed by during the workshop. I agree to attend the workshop free of any and all alcohol and substances, except for necessary prescription medication.
I participate of my own free will, and at my own risk. I agree to keep private the names, experiences and stories of all other participants.
I acknowledge that the program in which I am participating entails deep self-exploration. I agree to take full responsibility for the consequences of this self-exploration, and hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Amrita and/or Apollo Grace for any injury (whether physical, emotional or mental) or causes of action of every nature arising out of the programs and the self-exploration involved therein.
By registering for any workshop facilitated by Amrita and/or Apollo Grace, I agree to the above policies.
