When is giving really taking? Do you know? Would you like to become more conscious of the hidden agendas that we all have when we touch others? Doing so can reveal so much about our own unmet needs and the unmet needs of others. When we know this, we can practice true compassion and safely express our boundaries. Experiential exercises will give you the kinesthetic experience.
