Reclaiming Aphrodite

For many people who have had trauma in their lives, painful memories are stored in the body in the form of energy. This stored energy then becomes an energy blockage that can stop or restrict the free flow of joyful energy. By using the right kind of techniques in a safe and sacred space, energy blocks can be cleared, quickly bring more happiness and freedom into our daily lives.

The keys to clearing energy blocks are breath and sound. Our tendency is to contract or constrict ourselves when we are feeling grief or sadness, which may keep the feeling inside of us. When we breathe deeply into difficult feelings, we can’t help but expand and help them release. Using sound along with the breath is an additional method of releasing energy blocks. An example of using sound would be to wail with grief or growl with anger. The combined use of deep breathing and sounding can move years of energy blocks in a single session.

A newly developed technique for assisting people in clearing energy blocks is called the Nurturing Practice of AH, which stands for Awakening and Healing. This technique was developed by Caroline Muir of the Divine Feminine Institute, and is especially effective for people who have experienced sexual abuse and trauma.

In my work as a practitioner of energy healing, I have witnessed many miracles of healing as traumas are released from the body through breath and sound. Freedom from pain and anger clears the way for more joy and happiness, and we call all use more joy and happiness! That is why this work is my calling.
